Dedicated group classes for men, women and kids with separate instructors, is primarily aimed a building up your yoga practise gradually, with the aim to build a strong foundation to learning and mastering beneficial yoga asanas. The classes are suitable for beginners, intermediates and experts, under the watchful guidance of the instructors. Classes always end with relaxation & breathing exercises followed by meditation.
Group classes, camps and workshops for kids targeted at imbibing yoga practises at an early age, with the focus on keeping the body flexible and building a focused mind through breathing and meditation practises. Our instructors understand the importance of keeping the classes fun filled and inculcate the importance of keeping the body and mind fit and healthy.
For those who need one on one attention from our instructors, either in the studio or in their own premises, for objectives ranging from improving fitness to therapy of ailments. Classes are tailored to your needs and include both learning of yoga asanas, breathing techniques as well as guided practise sessions.

Swati is a trained classical instructor from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram, Kerala, with more than 5 years of teaching experience, and 10+ year of practising various forms of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, lyengar and Asthanga. Her passion is to continuously study and pass on newer yoga techniques that will help enhance her student's general health and wellbeing. She is currently in her final year of study for a masters degree in yoga therapy at the S Vyasa University in Banglore, India.
Md Faizan Ansari is a dedicated yoga instructor from India with a Master’s in Yoga Science. He certified in various forms of Yoga with 7 years of practice and 2 years of teaching experience. He is hands of in different forms of yoga like Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. He has conducted groups and personal classes to improve health, flexibility and stamina of his students
Isha is a dedicated and professionally trained Yoga Instructor from India, holding a Master’s degree in Yoga Science. With over 10 years of personal yoga practice and more than 2 years of professional teaching experience, she combines strong academic knowledge with practical, hands-on expertise. She has successfully conducted both group classes and personalized one-on-one sessions, helping students enhance their overall health, flexibility, strength, and stamina. Isha thoughtfully designs her sessions to accommodate beginners as well as advanced practitioners, ensuring safe, effective, and progressive learning for every individual.
I have joined the yoga class just recently and I must say I really enjoy practicing the different forms of yoga. It's an exceptionally peaceful environment where everyone can practise yoga in solitude. Positive energy and vibes surrounds us as our teacher enthusiastically teaches us different forms of yoga . Our yoga teacher is a very warm-hearted and affectionate person. She perfects us in the art of yoga in a way that leaves us eager and happy to learn more. I am still relatively new to yoga, and as such, she offers gentle motivation & encouragement. She displays patience and inspiration, and instils true confidence. Her instructions are clear and informative, and as I leave the class I feel both energised and de-stressed.
I got to learn and know all about yoga thanks to Swati Ma'am for encouraging and teaching sudents like me. Yoga has brought me Physical health, but more importantly peace and an over all feeling of well-being. I feel so fortunate practise at such a welcoming studio and will be forever grateful fot the knowledge about yoga that I have gained from this.
Swati ma'am is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start. She walks you through the whole practise and brings peace to the practise. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practise. She has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practise.
First and foremost is Swathi is a very well educated yoga therapist. She is very clear about what she teaches. She is so well connected to her students. Also the positive attitude she wears and spreads to her students is awesome. I really like the way she took my child into the world of yoga. My child was not that keen in attending yoga. But once she started attending classes with Swathi, my child make sure that she never misses a class. Shreya got back the flexible body and posture and also she has toned well with Swathi’s class and guidance. I wish Swathi a great future and may The almighty help her to bring lot of beautiful people into the world of yoga.
Yoga helps me in so many ways it relieves chronic stress, relaxes the mind, sharpens concentration, increases body awareness, gives me mental clarity and calmness. I am happy with the overall experience and my learning experience with Ma'am Swati. She makes me feel very comfortable and explains me why I am doing certain exercise and how it is going to benifit me. I feel much stronger and look forward to continue my practise. It is an amazing experience to practise yoga with a group of like-minded people who also share the same passion and intrest.
My daughter (Nicole) has been practicing yoga with Swati for the last 1 year and I can say that this was one of my wisest decisions. Although she joined as an absolute beginner, Swati’s motivation and encouragement has helped her to accomplish even the most advanced yoga poses with ease! Nicole’s interest and improved flexibility within the shortest time inspired me to join the adult batch. Inspite of having a very stiff posture due to a desk job, I have been able to gain flexibility only within the last 3 months that I have taken classes from Swati. These classes have a perfect mix of both physical and meditative aspects of yoga. The regular practises have helped me focus on proper alignment and breathing and challenge me to do better each time. I can’t recommend these classes enough.

My Yoga teacher's @ahamed_yoga favourite word is "Mudiyum" (Tamil word - meaning 'Can'). He is a Sports Authority Of India Certified Yoga Coach with a practical experience in Yoga for about 17 years and has been teaching Yoga for over 6 years. He has participated in both National and International Yoga competitions for about 9 times. He recently represented the state of Tamil Nadu in the National Yoga competition and has been in the top 10 contestants from India. To him Yoga is about imparting the knowledge that he has to others. There is an aura about him which makes you wanna try an Asana which may seem difficult in the beginning but when he says "Mudiyum", you automatically start believing that you can do it.
